Representative Schweikert is correct that the Republican Party does have a problem but its a lot deeper then just how they talk. But also has to do with what they talk about and the positions they have taken especially as it relates to social issues. In a country thats getting younger, more diverse and politically becoming more Liberal-Libertarian at least on social issues. The religious right and Neoconservatives have way too much influence on the GOP right now. Especially for younger voters and minorities people the GOP are going to have to be able to appeal to. And win votes from in the future as their base is getting older.
